Hearing this song brought back lots of memories from my grammar school days. The year 1963. Reminds me of a girl named Chris Marusarz who I liked very much at that time. Don't think she ever realized it! We use to hang out at Archer Park in Chicago. Hearing this song once more brought back good memories of those days and times. RIP Leslie Gore, your songs back then meant a lot to us teenage kids!

Why did this come across to me? Was about 3. Always liked her songs especially California Nights! My sister was into her music. I remember the L.p. being red in colar. It's my opinion and l'll cry if l want to! Hope her friend is doing good. Great songs a little bit before my time, none the less timeless. Now l shall cry?
