The Best of the King's Singers is an exceptional album that showcases the best of the King's Singers' vocal talents. The album features a collection of the group's greatest hits, ranging from classical pieces to contemporary pop songs, all performed with their signature harmonies and impeccable vocal control.
The album opens with their stunning rendition of William Byrd's "Sing Joyfully," a perfect showcase of the group's mastery of early music. They then move on to a variety of popular songs, including "Can't Buy Me Love" by The Beatles and "You Are The New Day" by John David, which they perform with equal skill and precision.
The King's Singers also demonstrate their versatility with their performances of songs from different parts of the world, such as the traditional Scottish folk song "Loch Lomond" and the Brazilian bossa nova classic "The Girl From Ipanema."

The King's Singers is a British vocal ensemble founded May 1, 1968 in Cambridge, England.
Countertenor singers Alastair Hume & Nigel Perrin, Tenor singer Alastair Thompson, Baritone singer Simon Carrington & Anthony Holt, Bass singer Brian Kay were the former members of the ensemble.
The King's Singers are now Patrick Dunachie (countertenor), Timothy Wayne-Wright (countertenor), Julian Gregory (tenor), Christopher Bruerton (baritone), Christopher Gabbitas (baritone) and Jonathan Howard (bass).
