Gong's latest album, You Remixed Phase 15, is a captivating collection of remixes that showcases the band's versatility and creativity. The album features nine tracks, each remixed by a different artist, resulting in a diverse and dynamic listening experience.
From the pulsating beats of "Model Village" remixed by Youth to the dreamy atmosphere of "Rejoice!" remixed by Kukan Dub Lagan, each track offers a unique perspective on Gong's music. About Gong
Psychedelic rock band formed by and in France in 1969. Gong became pioneers of a new brand of psychedelia/space-rock/trip-rock - with a conceptual ethos involving aliens and alternative realities. An international outfit, increasingly linked to other bands of the Canterbury scene, many musicians came and went. Without Daevid the band continued with as leader for a short while, and then in various incarnations as the more jazz-rock styled . There have been many other versions of Gong over the years, and many reformations since 1990.
