Notes

  • The text with the track:
  • Time: Sundown
  • Place: "Slow walk down 7th Ave South, between Weller and Jackson in the International District."
  • Doug is like the Ed Sullivan of proper kickass music in Seattle. He essentially curates tasty local artists vis-a-vis Sonarchy Radio on KEXP and reminds the world with just enough diplomacy that nobody should be resting on their laurels (aurals?). He wins hands down for the most lyrical interpretation - like he's a superhero on a motorbike battling the storm aliens using only wind chimes and rain pails.
