- This edition, which does not appear to be numbered, has a yellow front cover with The Daxls in red. Back is green paper with red design. Both sides are glued to generic white cardboard pocket sleeve. There is an insert with the Pornogram catalog
- Limited edition of 200 hand numbered copies. The numbering is on a thin strip of paper as an insert. The sleeve is presented as two separate pieces of lightweight printed paper, between which the single sits, all enclosed in a clear poly bag. The front colour of this edition is yellow.
