The Creamers - Love Honor Obey

Review by Verbo Studio

The Creamers' album Love Honor Obey is a deliciously punk rock collection of songs that showcases the band's raw energy and catchy melodies. From the opening track "Modern Day" to the closing number "Bye Bye Baby", the album is a non-stop barrage of hard-hitting punk riffs and anthemic choruses that will leave listeners feeling invigorated and ready to take on the world.

The Creamers' sound is characterized by the powerful vocals of lead singer Connie Champagne, who effortlessly delivers each line with a ferocity and passion that is impossible to ignore. Her voice is perfectly complemented by the driving rhythm section of drummer Philo Cramer and bassist Joe Dean, who keep the songs moving at breakneck speed.

One standout track on Love Honor Obey is "Six String Love", a high-energy ode to the power of rock and roll that features some of the album's most memorable guitar riffs. Another standout is "Waiting for the War", a politically charged anthem that is as relevant today as it was when the album was first released.

MOMMY CALLED ME A CRACKPOT!!!
LOVE THIS BAND!!!
Hi Lenny! Love your music! Took me long enough to find it. 35 years? More?
Fantastic song and Rosa Saenz is hot
Ahhh, The Creamers. I love them dearly. Used to play in a band that backed them up a couple times at the Anti Club and a record shop in the valley. I remember being smitten by Rosa and as we were tearing down our equipment so The Creamers could set up I got a chance to chat with her about les Paul Juniors and Marshall and Vox amplifiers .I took a shot in the dark and asked Rosa out. She warmly turned me down. It did not hurt too bad... I'll get over it one day ;)
Cheers
havent heard this in over 20 years...I had the Lp Great stuff!
