Perfume, the eighth studio album by pop icon Britney Spears, was released in 2013 to mixed reviews. The album features 10 tracks, with collaborations from Will.i.am and Sia.
The album opens with the title track, "Perfume," a slow ballad that showcases Spears' vulnerability as she sings about her insecurities in a relationship. The second track, "It Should Be Easy," featuring Will.i.am, is a catchy dance-pop number that is sure to get listeners moving.
While the album has its moments of brilliance, such as the hauntingly beautiful "Alien" and the upbeat "Tik Tik Boom," featuring T.I., some tracks fall flat. "Chillin' With You," a duet with Spears' sister Jamie Lynn, feels like a forced attempt at family collaboration and lacks the energy of the other tracks.
