Brett Marvin & The Thunderbolts' Little Red Caboose Southbound Lane is a classic blues album that showcases the band's musical prowess and talent. The album features ten tracks that are filled with soulful lyrics, gritty guitar riffs, and infectious rhythms that will get anyone tapping their feet.

From the opening track "I Can't Get Enough of Your Love" to the closing song "Little Red Caboose," the album takes the listener on a journey through the blues, with each track telling a different story. The band's raw and gritty sound is perfectly suited to the blues genre, and their energy and passion are evident in every note they play.

The standout tracks on the album include "Southbound Lane," a slow-burning blues number that showcases Brett Marvin's soulful vocals and the band's tight musicianship. "Leavin' Blues" is another standout track that features some impressive guitar work and a catchy chorus that will get stuck in your head for days.

search "the Children's Music Workshop, Little Red Caboose". It's the version you're looking for. I still haven't found the one in particular that I'm looking for, it's very slow and maybe 2 minutes long. Sung by a woman and she says "get your ticket and get on board, we're gonna ride the train"...it's the version used at my old job
Can anyone tell me who did another singing version of this song, with a female vocalist? The words are different, saying: "LIttle red caboose (chug chug chug) little red caboose (chug chug chug) , little red caboose behind the train, train, train, train, ....smoke stack on its back, back, back, back, ....coming down the track, track track, track, ....little red caboose behind the train!!
was that the London Victoria Stn to Brighton Stn run....I bought three of their vinyl albums 12 inches of....a Tenlegged friend and the one called best of (Terydactyl and the Dinosaurs)...super Crawley and Eel Pie Island group and I was 15years old in 1972 when they were doing the College circuit so missed out slightly...I play this all the time in Bosnia where I now live...NEVER GIVE A WOMAN YOUR HEART RIGHT FROM THE VERY START - SO LOVE IN JEST - THATS THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO......brill band

Perfect Video for the song - The local train too!
