- This was the final release by The Boo Radleys before they split up. Unfortunately, these songs were never commercially released due to the group's disbanding.
- Track 4, "Tomorrow", is a cover of a song from the 1976 musical kids-as-gangsters film "Bugsy Malone", one of Martin Carr's favorites.

About The Boo Radleys
English alternative rock band founded in Wallasey, Merseyside, England in 1988, disbanded in 1999 and reunited in 2020 without original member Martin Carr.
Though the central cast of characters has been the same all along, it seems as if there's been three Boo Radleys. From nutty noise merchants to shoegazing dreampoppers to classic pop thoroughbreds gone Top 40 in the UK, it's been a long and strange path to European stardom for this Liverpool group that has never managed to crack the US.
Members:
Rob Cieka: drums
Simon Sice Rowbottom: vocals/guitar
Timothy Brown: bass/guitar/keyboards
Ex members:
Martin Carr - guitar, vocals, keyboards (1988-1999)
Rob Harrison - drums (1988-1990)
Steve Hewitt - drums (1990)

Comments
Finally..The Boo Radleys in full melodic glory. Kingsize is one of the greatest guitar based pop records of the 90's and completely underappreciated. With baroque, chamber pop like flourishes and wonderful imaginative arrangements, Kingsize updates the sound of The Beatles, The Beach Boys and Big Star etc. with an E.L.O like enthusiasm but, unlike say Spilt Milk (also great), this is no homage or pastiche. Not as arch as Blur or pedestrian as Oasis, The Boo's transcend their influences with great feeling and make a thoroughly modern sound (Think a warmer more heartfelt Super Furry Animals) Melodies and harmonies abound in clouds of euphoric pop magic. It sounds like the Boo Radleys always really wanted too and here the songwriting matches their ambitions. Wonderful.
this deserves so much more audience
I wonder how many persons never go past the first half... and so Do Not know this song.
PARA ESCUCHARLA UN MONTÓN DE VECES...
Was higly honoured to play the flute on this track ... unforgetable experience !
does it get any better than this ?
The perfect lyrical premonition of Blairite cynicism. Great song and melodies.
