Review by Tara Gowland

Around The World by Bing Crosby is an exceptional album that showcases the legendary crooner's vocal prowess and versatility. Released in 1956, this album features some of Crosby's most memorable performances, including his renditions of classic songs like "South of the Border," "Harbor Lights," and "Blue Hawaii."

One of the standout tracks on this album is "Galway Bay," which showcases Crosby's ability to convey emotion through his voice. The song is a tribute to the singer's Irish roots, and Crosby's heartfelt delivery makes it a truly moving performance.

Another highlight of Around The World is "Far Away Places," which captures the wanderlust and romanticism of travel. Crosby's smooth vocals are perfectly suited to this dreamy tune, which transports the listener to exotic locales around the globe.

I’m surprised this song hasn’t been canceled cuz it be raysus.
Ooof! Can’t sing this song today. I forgot the words!! Ooof!!
Thank you General Barton Steele
I'm surprised Trudeau never treated us to a rendition of this tune in Blackface. Followed by a lecture on how it was a learning experience for us all that we are all racist.
My dad whistled this song until the day he died
Get Tense!
Those who consider this song to be racist, I definitely could understand that sentiment. However, one must remember at what period was this song written. While progressive minds were indeed sprawling, racial segregation were still up and about with most people. Doesn't mean we have to 'cancel' it, though.
M*A*S*H brought me here. General Steele was nuts?
