Biglietto Per L'Inferno's self-titled album is a masterpiece of Italian progressive rock. The album, released in 1974, is a concept album that tells the story of a man's descent into hell. The band's unique sound, which blends elements of jazz, classical music, and rock, is showcased in the seven tracks on the album.
The album opens with "Confessione," a haunting track that sets the tone for the rest of the album. The band's use of strings and horns creates a sense of unease that is maintained throughout the album. "Il Tempo Della Semina" is a standout track that features intricate guitar work and a driving rhythm section.

- Two different Counterfeit Unofficial Releases exist for this rare album. Please look at the pictures labels. These releases have hand etched matrix numbers, do not have the inner circle groove around the center and do not have the italian SIAE stamp on one side of the labels
- Missing about two minutes of "L'Amico Suicida" due to error in mastering.
- Originally released in 1974.
- Translation of title to English is "Ticket To Hell."
- Comes in papersleeve with Japanese style Obi.

About Biglietto Per L'Inferno
Italian progressive rock band, originally from Lecco (north east of Milan) and existing circa 1972 to 1975. They had a heavy style at the start moving to more complex and multi-keyboard based spacey prog later. Before their demise they were to be signed up in Germany with production from Klaus Schulze, yet all that came of that friendship were later solo albums by Biglietto's . In 2007 Biglietto Per L'Inferno reformed as an acoustic band with the name Biglietto Per L'Inferno.Folk.
