Alice Cooper - Trash Basura

Review by Aureo Gonzales

Trash Basura, the twelfth studio album by Alice Cooper, is a thrilling rock and roll experience that showcases the artist's signature sound and style. Released in 1989, the album features ten tracks that are a mix of hard rock, glam metal, and pop rock.

The album opens with the hit single "Poison," a catchy and infectious rock anthem that became one of Cooper's biggest hits. Other standout tracks include "Bed of Nails," "House of Fire," and "Only My Heart Talkin'," which features guest vocals from Steven Tyler of Aerosmith.

Cooper's vocals are as powerful and dynamic as ever, and his band delivers a tight and energetic performance throughout the album. The production is slick and polished, with a strong emphasis on catchy hooks and memorable choruses.

Went out on a first date last night that couldn't have gone better. As we left, she drove by me as I was walking to my car with this song blaring, her mocking a "rock out
Your wright
This song always reminds me of being in high school, the little virgin pretending to sing it to the fittest girl in school, amazing song
This song is killer.
Poison is good. Alice Cooper is dangerous, but otherwise the music video is very cool! Then he’s wearing scary clothes and he’s painted, but I like the song a lot. There is very good rock in the song. I also like Kiss, Queen, a song with Metallica, and several songs with Alice Cooper.
I was rockin' to Alice in the mid-70s and I'm in my 60s now! School's Out was our summer theme song and our parents were freaked out when they heard what we were blasting on the turn tables, lol!
для буржуев красное знамя свободы яд))) смерть капиталу!!!!

this is an amazing song,. dont rock me i love the Grove Groove Coverage - version more :D respect to Cooper for the lyriks :D
King Joffrey dislike this
"I wanna hurt you just to hear you screaming my name" - so toxic, but such a fantastic line.
I had made the comment at a different Alice Cooper video site, that I felt Alice Cooper is a living legend.
I had not yet, at that time even looked at the brief clips of his concerts.
My comment referred back to a couple of songs on the first five albums.
After looking at some of these concerts, I absolutely must revoke and withdraw my comment about him being any kind of a legend. The content is literally satanic, evil and beyond comprehension of any definition that is good.
Therefore, I renounce Alice Cooper and all his works.
I made a horrible mistake. And now, I am fixing it.
The Almighty God, Jesus Christ and The Holy Spirit is my stronghold. And the music of Alice Cooper is an offense against God.
I am very sorry for the temporary confusion.
That kind of behavior is not okay. I revoke all prior comments to him and about him, and this is the only one that stands.
To my other fellow Christians, please forgive me. I had not, at that point, seen the content of those performances. And they are utterly indefensible.
I am deeply sorry for this mistake.
At 71 Senior male now, I look back to going on Friday nights to the Airport Club an old converted army hanger dance hall in Seal Beach Calif on PCHwy
About year 1968
I Go in through the lobby lit up in blacklights to doors to big dance hall
A band up on stage playing loud 4 dudes all dressed in Jet black clothes
Lead singer stood still in middle had blackest of eyes and he stared straight ahead holding Mike in one hand and other hand elbow at his inside hand softy hanging down
Long black hair no makeup
and we never heard these songs before but we all agreed pretty damn good man
The admission price was .50 cents
The big sign out front onthe highway read
ALICE COOPER
I can clearly still see that sign to this day
His greatest song ever is Poison in my opinion
This is what you call music not this shiit we hear now love this era ❤ ♥80s was the best rock...
Man... Alice had serious Drip, that jacket pants and shirt are Soo clean. I may be young but I'm a fan of the the 70s music, this was music at its highest Level. Today's music can't even complete. Alice, you sir, are a Music icon, hit after hit, not to mention, your Welcome to my Nightmare Album is one of the greatest works of are my ears have ever heard. I thank you Alice I truly do.
Damn, that line”I want to hurt you just to hear you screaming my name” fuck
I love at the end when he holds up the poison
2023 Who is here?
Give me that damn shot ... ?
This song is actually about herpes.
Crazy good song
I was born in the 60s. From mid 50's up to mid 90's, life COULD be fun; it was normal -- even celebrated -- to pursue dreams, be adventurous. Hell, to take RISKS, even be sexist.
But in the last 20 years, "they" made our lives more and more:
1: Boring, 2: Musically null, 3: Conformist (sheeple), 4: Confused, 5: Hypocrit, 6: WOKE.
I think it's by purpose. I believe it can be reversed.
Starts good, but then a little dis-a-poison
